Jimmy Dimora hearing set for June that could lead to his release after 10 years in prison
WKYC: Michael Benza, senior instructor of law, discussed the possibility of an early release for former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora, who has spent more than a decade in federal prison on federal bribery charges. “(The judge) can take into account if he’s had behavior issues in prison, whether that’s good behavior or bad,” Benza said. “When he comes out he’s really going to have to rely on his network of family and friends remaining to help him get back on his feet.”
