University Park Alliance facing legal woes
Ohio.com: University Park Alliance, a nonprofit working on the redevelopment of 50 city blocks around the University of Akron, is being sued for not completing a purchase of six homes near the college. “Nonprofits are less apt to file for bankruptcies than for-profits are,” said Matthew Rossman, professor of law.
