Law’s Marvin Sicherman offers advice to individuals who lost money on planned trips following company closure

The New York TimesMarvin Sicherman, adjunct professor at the School of Law, weighed in on advice for a person who lost out money on a planned trip after the company hosting it closed. For people trying to collect debts, Sicherman said: “I like to tell people who are creditors,” he said, “‘Close your eyes. What do you see? Nothing? Well, that’s what you’re going to recover.’”
