The Plain Dealer: Six defendants in the Cuyahoga County corruption scandals are still awaiting sentencing after more than three years. Lewis Katz, professor of law, weighed in on the case. “I’m amazed,” Katz said. “It’s unheard of for a judge to delay the sentencing this long, once they have provided information and cooperated.”
