ideastream: A U.S. District Court judge delayed testimony in the trial of Jimmy Dimora due to an appeal by his attorneys concerned he would risk facing double jeopardy if he was to be tried on both indictments. “I think the judge may have to make some rulings that put the testimony in this case off bounds for the second case,” said Lewis Katz, John C.
