Hunter Biden pleads not guilty to federal gun charges at Delaware courthouse
BBCKevin McMunigal, a professor at the School of Law, commented on Hunter Biden’s not guilty plea to charges of illegally owning a handgun. McMunigal noted that three charges against Biden are based on him “using or (being) addicted” to drugs at the time. “Apparently, he was in and out of drug rehabilitation during that year….a question may arise as to whether he was using or addicted at that point in time,” he said. “This could be tricky for the prosecution to prove if he claims he was clean during the key time period in mid-October.”
