U.S. News & World Report: Kevin McMunigal, professor at the School of Law, said the indictment against former President Donald Trump for his alleged role in conspiring to commit fraud against America following his 2020 election defeat is organized and methodical. “It does seem to me to be very lean and clean,” he said. “All they need is one conviction to get jail time. And with all the cases and all the charges, the chances that they won’t get him on at least one are infinitesimal.”
