Law’s Juscelino Colares reappointed to United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement Binational Trade Dispute Panelists

Juscelino Colares, the Schott-van den Eynden Professor of Business Law at the School of Law, was reappointed to serve on the U.S. Roster of the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) Binational Trade Dispute Panelists through 2025. 

The USMCA Secretariat is administering 13 North American Free Trade Agreement and USMCA disputes involving 27 U.S. companies and four trade associations, over 848,000 U.S. workers, and more than $6.3 billion in subject merchandise.
