Law’s Juscelino Colares discussed the increase in immigrant-eligible voters

WEWS: Juscelino Colares, the Schott-van den Eynden Professor of Law, opined on new Pew Research Center research showing an increase in immigrant-eligible voters during the past 20 years. “9.8% of the U.S. electorate is foreign born,” Colares said. “The percent of Hispanics and Asians that actually end up voting among the foreign-born Americans is higher than the percentage of Hispanics and Asians who are U.S. born.”
