Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law and adjunct professor of political science, discussed the continued growth of the City of Columbus, as highlighted by the results of the recent 2020 Census. “Think about places like Denver or Oklahoma City or Phoenix or Houston,” he said. “You see a similar situation where the surrounding area was not incorporated, it was maybe agriculture. It certainly was not densely populated.”
