Law’s Jonathan Entin talks about lawsuit in Columbus against speaker of the Ohio House

Lawsuit filed against Republican Ohio House Speaker over campaign funds
Statehouse News BureauJonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, discussed an issue in Columbus in which three Republican state representatives have filed a lawsuit against the speaker of the Ohio House over the administration and use of campaign money. Entin said having access to campaign funds is important. “It matters because whoever controls the campaign money effectively has a large influence over who is going to be the party nominees in various legislative races and could determine who has control over a divided caucus,” he said.
