Attorneys: Cleveland dodging payment on $19M in judgments
The Associated Press: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor of Law and professor of political science, discussed the city of Cleveland’s efforts to not pay judgments to a man who spent nearly 12 years in prison because of “egregious conduct” by police, as well as a verdict against a police officer who fatally shot a man in 2012.
