Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law and adjunct professor of political science, said that the future Ohio Supreme Court will decide the state’s district maps, but there are also three other races that could make or break what kind of plans are put forward. “The results of the Supreme Court elections could make a big difference to how the future of redistricting plays out in Ohio in 2023,” he said.
