Anti-gerrymandering amendment supporters sue Ohio Ballot Board over ballot language

WKYCJonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, discussed the Ohio Ballot Board’s approval of controversial language, written by Secretary of State Frank LaRose, for November’s anti-gerrymandering amendment. Entin noted that the language is deceptive and possibly unconstitutional. The amendment seeks to replace politicians with a citizen commission for redistricting. The board approved the language 3-2 along party lines.
