Ohio board OKs ballot wording for marijuana legalization issue
Fox 8: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor of Law, discussed the challenges regarding the language of Issue 3, which could legalize marijuana. He also talked about the unique situation of Issue 2—the anti-monopoly or cartel measure—that has wording that could negate the vote of Issue 3. Both bills will be on the November ballot in Ohio.
