Law’s Jonathan Entin discusses process for replacing a vacant U.S. Senate seat

Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, outlined the process for replacing a vacant U.S. Senate seat which, in Ohio, involves the Governor choosing the replacement. Gov. Mike DeWine would get the final say in replacing J.D. Vance. “Sometimes things go pretty straightforwardly, but sometimes you see a bunch of political gamesmanship,” Entin said.
