Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, discussed the ethics questions surrounding the Supreme Court after Justice Clarence Thomas disclosed Republican mega-donor Harlan Crow paid for private jet trips for him last year and Justice Samuel Alito disclosed a conservative group paid for a trip to Rome last year for him to give an address.
