Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law and adjunct professor of political science, explained how laws governing legislative bodies can and can’t deny funding to a court. “If we’re talking about whether the IT system in the court is going to function properly, then the court is likely to be in a pretty strong legal position,” Entin said. “I don’t think it’s a slam dunk for the court, but I think they are in a strong position.”
