Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, discussed the confirmation by the Secretary of State’s Office that the group “Citizens Not Politicians” collected enough valid signatures to get an initiative on November’s ballots that, if passed, would change the state’s redistricting commission. “The proponents of this amendment are certainly going to be looking closely to see if they think that the language is somehow biased or inaccurate,” Entin said. “And if they’re not satisfied with that language, they may end up in the Ohio Supreme Court.”
