WOIO: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law and adjunct professor of political science, discussed gerrymandering and the ongoing redistricting saga in which the Ohio Redistricting Commission re-submitted maps that the Ohio Supreme Court had already rejected. “The Ohio Constitution calls for a map that more or less reflects the partisan breakdown of voters in the state,” he said. “Even though it looked like the map would look like the overall vote, the Ohio Supreme Court said it was not realistic.”
