Battle for control of House GOP campaign fund heads to court
Spectrum News: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, discussed an unprecedented lawsuit recently filed against the Speaker of the Ohio House that stirred controversy. “I have been in Ohio for nearly 40 years,” Entin said. “This is the first time that I’ve ever been aware of this kind of dispute over who controls the campaign funds winding up in court.”
