In a piece for The New York Times, Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and director of the Center for Business Law and Regulation, weighed in on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s record on administrative law cases for the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
The court, which Kavanaugh has sat on for 12 years, sees several cases related to federal regulations.
Adler explained how Kavanaugh could influence the Supreme Court’s decisions in administrative law cases if confirmed. The court has previously looked toward Kavanaugh’s decisions in such cases.
