Law’s Jonathan Adler writes about impeachment proceedings

Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, penned a piece about impeachment proceedings. Published in New York Daily News, Adler gave his thoughts on President Donald Trump’s conduct as it relates to impeachment.

Adler explained how impeachment is a serious process, and that political ideology should not be a motivating factor to vote for or against impeachment. The president’s conduct should be the only consideration.
