Law’s Jonathan Adler writes about Congress’s legislative powers

Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, co-wrote a piece with Christopher Walker in The Regulatory Review about the Congress shelving its legislative powers. Adler writes that Congress has left a lawmaking void, which may be filled by the executive branch and administrative state.
