E&E News: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, weighed in on the most recent criminal indictment against former president Donald Trump and his alleged co-conspirators. “It’s certainly not a good week for any of the numbered co-conspirators,” he said. “The six co-conspirators listed are all folks that could theoretically be indicted. The question is whether or not they haven’t been indicted in the hopes that one or more of them will cooperate or because there may be other concerns about the quality of evidence with regard to some of them.”
