Does Obama have too much power?
The Columbus Dispatch: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, weighed in on whether or not President Obama has exercised too much power, saying, “if you look at just executive orders, I don’t think he has been particularly more aggressive than prior administrations.”
