The Wall Street Journal: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, talked about the questions surrounding Sen. Ted Cruz’s eligibility to run for president because he was born in Canada (his mother was a U.S. citizen). Adler cited other instances of presidential nominees born to U.S. citizens in other countries, noting there weren’t court challenges in those cases.
