EPA rule to find support at business-friendly court
Bloomberg: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and director of the Center for Business Law and Regulation, talked about challenges of the proposed EPA rule that would cut greenhouse gas emissions. “It’s somewhat uncharted waters here,” he said. “They’re doing something they haven’t really tried before.”
