USA Today: In a column for the newspaper, School of Law Professor Jonathan Adler wrote that, related to the Affordable Care Act, the IRS will impose a tax of up to $3,000 per worker on employers whom Congress has not authorized a tax. If the IRS doesn’t impose the unauthorized tax, Adler wrote, the Affordable Care Act could collapse.
