Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, participated in two events in New York City over a two-day period in January.
At the 110th Association of American Law Schools Annual Meeting, he presented the paper “Of Kings to Come: The Future of Health Care Reform Still Remains in Federal Court” before the Section on Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation. The paper will be published in the Journal of Employee Rights and Employment Policy.
He also moderated a panel on “Upward Redistribution, Government Policy, and Rent Seeking,” at the 18th annual Faculty Conference of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies
