Supreme Court saving blockbuster rulings for the last week of its term
CBS Radio: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, discussed some of the remaining cases this term for the Supreme Court, including those related to affirmative action and the challenge to the Biden administration’s handling of the student loan forgiveness program. “I’m not at all surprised that the justices have waited until the end of the term for these cases” he said. “It’s just natural that the highest profile ones, the ones that they’ve spent the most time working on, would come at the end.”
