Fox News: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, gave insight to the U.S. Supreme Court’s most recent term, including the decision striking down the Biden administration’s efforts to cancel student loan debt. “This court is far less active in changing the law than its predecessors were,” he said. “This court is reminding Congress and the president that Congress enacts laws and the president then implements them. It’s one thing to make slight modifications… it’s quite another to remake the entire program.”
