Reason: A recent report suggests that, after initially siding with the conservative justices, Chief Justice John Roberts switched his vote in order to uphold the health care law. Though some speculate that it was a political move, the law school’s Jonathan Adler said he thinks “there are good reasons to adopt slightly more charitable accounts of his behavior.”
