The Plain Dealer (subscription required): Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and director of the Coleman P. Burke Center for Environmental Law, discussed the recent forum “The Clean Water Act at 50,” billed as “a day-long interdisciplinary symposium that will explore the successes, failures and remaining challenges” of the Clean Water Act. Progress has been made, he said, but more work needs to be done.
