Law’s Jonathan Adler discusses OSHA’s vaccine mandate and potential legal challenges

Biden’s employer vaccine rule is good policy, but it also shows we need to go even further with mandates

Business Insider: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, said that OSHA’s legal authority to require vaccines is likely extensive but not unlimited; the administration will have to be careful to tailor this rule to situations where employees face “grave danger” from COVID-19 at the workplace—a standard that would hard to be meet when covering, for example, employees who work entirely from home.
