Washington Examiner: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, discussed calls for Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito to recuse himself from key cases after two incidents involving the justice’s flag poles became a topic of controversy. “The upside-down flag does not require Alito to recuse from every 2020 election case or future election case or whatever else,” Adler said.
