Bloomberg: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, noted that now that the Supreme Court is dominated by a conservative wing, Chief Justice John Roberts no longer has the influence he had in the past. “The big difference is that because he’s not the fifth vote, his ability to get other folks to go along is dramatically diminished,” Adler said.
