The New Republic: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, discussed the authority—or lack thereof—granted to the Environmental Protection Agency by the Clean Air Act. “That was the issue in West Virginia v. EPA, and I don’t see anything in the IRA that affects that,” he said. “I don’t think these provisions create much protection for EPA regulations or expand the EPA’s authority.”
