Supreme Court rules that the structure of key independent agency is unconstitutional

Burke Center for Environmental Law, discussed Monday’s Supreme Court ruling that the structure of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is unconstitutional and the president can fire the bureau’s director. But otherwise, the ruling left the agency intact.
