Law’s Jonathan Adler comments on the Supreme Court’s decision to defend a religious organization’s right to participate in a foster care program

Again the Supreme Court defends religious believers. Again it’s unanimous.

Boston Globe: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, commented on the Supreme Court’s issuance of a 9-0 decision upholding a Catholic social-service agency’s right to participate in Philadelphia’s foster care program.
