Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, wrote about a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing regarding some of President Joe Biden’s judicial nominations in an opinion piece published by National Review.
During the hearing, which took place on Dec. 1, Senate Republicans called nominee Dale Ho to the stand. Adler described Ho as Biden’s “most controversial judicial nominee to date” and commented on Ho’s social media posts, which were a topic of debate during the hearing.
