Ohio’s same-sex marriage opponents eager to see decision on issue from U.S. Supreme Court
The Plain Dealer: The U.S. Supreme Court announced it will hear in the spring two cases related to same-sex marriage. “The big thing to pay attention to in March will be how seriously the court takes the jurisdictional questions,” said Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law. “It’s very possible it might send the cases back because they weren’t properly heard.”
