Law’s Jonathan Adler co-authors piece addressing the void created when federal legislators yield their power

Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, co-authored an opinion piece for The Regulatory Review.

In the piece, “Reviving Congress’s Ambition,” he stated that, in today’s regulatory era, in which Congress has increasingly shelved its legislative powers, a void has been left that will be filled by the executive branch and the administrative state.
