Law’s Jessie Hill to publish articles on reproductive rights, religious speech and medical issues

Three articles by School of Law professor Jessie Hill will be published in upcoming journals: “(Dis)owning Religious Speech” in the George Mason Law Review, “What is the Meaning of Health? Constitutional Implications of Defining ‘Medical Necessity’ and ‘Essential Health Benefits’ Under the Affordable Care Act” in the American Journal of Law & Medicine, and “Medical Decision-Making by and on Behalf of Adolescents: Reconsidering First Principles” in the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy.

Hill also recently spoke at Cornell Law School and at CWRU’s Flora Stone Mather Center for Women on women’s reproductive rights.
