With new bill, abortion limits spread in south
The New York Times: Jessie Hill, professor of law, talked about the possible effects of closing abortion clinics in the south. “If all the clinics in a state have to close, I think a judge will have to call that an undue burden,” she said, adding that if only a few clinics remain open, “eventually the court will have to say, ‘This is the limit.’”
