MSN: Jessie Hill, the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law, said she believes activists pushing to overturn landmark abortion case Roe v. Wade, will turn their attention to outlawing abortion nationwide. “Folks have already been laying the academic groundwork for this,” she said. “It used to be an absolutely fringe view, but we’re starting to see it gain wider and wider acceptance. If fetuses are persons under the 14th Amendment, not only is abortion not constitutionally protected, but it is forbidden by the Constitution.”
