Law’s Jessie Hill speaks on the future of reproductive rights in Ohio

Columbus files brief with Supreme Court for 29 cities and counties opposing Mississippi abortion law

The Columbus Dispatch: Jessie Hill, the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law, discussed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in support of the Center for Reproductive Rights’ challenge to a Mississippi law banning abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Depending on what the Supreme Court says, “it could definitely have an effect on the six-week heartbeat bill,” Hill said.
