Law’s Jessie Hill publishes, presents on religious speech, constitutional theory

Law professor Jessie Hill’s article, “(Dis)Owning Religious Speech” recently was published in the George Mason Law Review.

In addition, she presented a paper titled “Resistance to Constitutional Theory” at a symposium on “Constitutional Foundations” at the University of Texas School of Law, Feb. 15 and 16. The paper will be published in the Texas Law Review.
