Law’s Jessie Hill discusses the overturning of Roe v. Wade and new litigation

Washington ExaminerJessie Hill, the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law, noted that in the span of a year, the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade has ushered in a new era of litigation in the anti-abortion movement.
