Ohio AG to appeal ruling that struck down state’s six-week abortion ban

Green Professor of Law, discussed a recent ruling striking down Ohio’s six-week abortion plan, calling the decision “momentous” because it showcases the power of the state’s new Reproductive Freedom Amendment. “The six-week ban is blatantly unconstitutional and has no place in our law,” she said.
